REGULATIONS
Regulations of the online store RCKSTR3000 constituting rules of electronic provision of services
1. general provisions
(1) These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as “Regulations”) set out the rules for the conclusion and performance of contracts for the provision of electronic services and sales contracts in the online store https://www.rckstr3000.com and the rights and obligations of the parties to these contracts.
(2) The online store rckstr3000 (hereinafter: “Store”), referred to in sec. 1.1., is available to all persons (hereinafter: “Users”) at: rckstr3000
(3) The owner of the store (hereinafter: “Seller”) is RCKSTR3000.
4. the Seller's contact information, enabling users to contact him effectively are:
A. e-mail address: [email protected] (recommended)
B. DM message on Instagram
5. contracts for the provision of electronic services and sales are concluded with the Seller through the Store.
6. the subject of the Seller's services is the sale of clothing, accessories and jewelry (hereinafter: “Products”).
7. the Store allows:
A. obtaining information about Products, the purchase of which is possible through the Store,
B. placing orders (hereinafter: “Orders”) by Users (then called: “Buyers”),
C. browsing the site in the mobile version for Users using mobile devices.
(8) In the Regulations, the term “Consumer” is understood, in accordance with Article 221 of the Civil Code, to mean a User who is a natural person making an action with the Seller, not directly related to his/her business or professional activity.
(9) The use of the Store itself does not require the User to pay any fees.
2. Orders
(1) Orders in the Store may be made by individuals.
(2) Orders in the Store can be placed using a form, without registering in the Store.
(3) To place an order it is necessary to accept the Terms and Conditions.
4. orders must contain the following data:
A. first and last name of the user placing the order
B. delivery address
C. e-mail address
D. telephone number
E. name and quantity of the ordered Products
F. selected method of delivery
G. selected method of payment
5. the Ordering procedure is completed each time by the User effectively clicking the button: “Pay now”, which is tantamount to confirmation by the User that the Order form has been filled in correctly, and that the User is aware that the execution of the Order entails the obligation to pay, including the selected delivery costs.
(6) If the Order form is filled incorrectly, the Buyer may make changes by phone or e-mail or cancel the Order completely, provided that it has not yet been shipped.
(7) After the Order is placed, a message is immediately sent to the e-mail address indicated in the form, containing confirmation of the Order placed by the User.
(8) The Seller may withhold acceptance of the Order in a situation of doubt as to the veracity or reliability of the data indicated by the Customer in the registration form. In this case, the Seller will immediately contact the Customer in order to clarify the doubts in question.
(9) In case of unavailability of the products included in the Order, the Seller will inform the Buyer about the impossibility of processing the Order and will agree with the Buyer on how to refund the amount paid. If the inability to implement the Order concerns only temporary unavailability of the products, the Seller will inform the Buyer about the potential date of implementation of the Order by phone or by e-mail to the address specified by the Buyer in the Order form.
(10) The Buyer may optionally enter comments on his Order.
(11) Orders are processed in the order in which they are placed.
3. Prices and payment
1. prices of Products are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices. Prices of Products given in the store do not include delivery costs. The total cost of the Order including delivery costs will be given to the Buyer before the final submission of the Order, by clicking the button: “Pay now”.
(2) The Buyer can choose the following online payment methods:
A) Przelewy24
B) PayPal
(3) Settlement of credit card and e-transfer transactions shall be carried out via przelewy24.pl and paypal.pl.
(4) Payment for the ordered Products should be made by the User within 3 working days from the conclusion of the contract.
(5) The Seller reserves the right to change prices and the amount of delivery costs, in particular in case of changes in price lists of services provided by the delivery operator. This point does not apply to Orders in process.

(9) In case of unavailability of the products included in the Order, the Seller will inform the Buyer about the impossibility of processing the Order and will agree with the Buyer on how to refund the amount paid. (10) The Buyer may optionally enter comments on his Order.

3. Prices and payment
1. prices of Products are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices. Prices of Products given in the store do not include delivery costs. The total cost of the Order including delivery costs will be given to the Buyer before the final submission of the Order, by clicking the button: “Pay now”.
(2) The Buyer can choose the following online payment methods:

B) PayPal
(3) Settlement of credit card and e-transfer transactions shall be carried out via przelewy24.pl and paypal.pl.
(4) Payment for the ordered Products should be made by the User within 3 working days from the conclusion of the contract.
(5) The Seller reserves the right to change prices and the amount of delivery costs, in particular in case of changes in price lists of services provided by the delivery operator. This point does not apply to Orders in process.
4. Delivery
(1) Delivery is made within Poland, as well as to countries of the European Union. It is possible to ship to countries outside the European Union, after prior agreement with the Seller on delivery costs.
(2) Shipping of Orders is carried out within 31 working days after receipt of payment.
(3) Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.
4. the Products ordered by the Buyer are delivered via InPost courier service or to parcel machines.
(5) In the case of some foreign shipments, the carrier may be a different courier company than the one listed in section 4.4. and the delivery time of the Order may be extended.
(6) The cost of delivery will be indicated each time when placing an Order.
5. Returns
1. The Seller is not obliged to accept the return of goods, the right of withdrawal, the Consumer is not entitled to, due to the wording of Article 22. of the Civil Code.
6. Complaint
(1) In relation to the Consumer, the Seller undertakes to provide Products without defects.
(2) The Seller does not provide a warranty for its Products.
The purchased product is subject to complaint up to 3 days from the date of its receipt, if it is found:
- defect,
- incompleteness,
- incompatibility with the description.
The product may also be subject to a claim if it does not meet the expectations of the Buyer as a result of a defect arising during production. The manufacturer, in such a situation, may repair the damage free of charge, replace the Product, or return the money - at its discretion. The warranty does not cover Products that have been damaged during improper maintenance, negligence, ordinary wear and tear, washing, as well as natural processes due to prolonged use.
(3) The Seller reserves dimensional differences in Clothing Products (given in the product description) compared to the dimensions given on the website.
(4) In a situation where the Buyer receives a defective product, he may request removal of the defect or replacement of the item with a defect-free one.
(5) The complaint does not require a special form, but should include:
A. data allowing to identify the User
B. designation of the Product which the complaint concerns
C. justification with indication of the Product's incorrectness
(7) Within 14 days of filing a complaint, the Seller shall respond to it and notify the Consumer about the further procedure.
(8) The Seller shall endeavor to process complaints without undue delay.
(9) During the complaint process, the Seller may request additional explanations, documents or verification of the course of the event subject to the complaint.
(10) After resolving the complaint, the Seller shall inform the complainant of its acceptance or refusal to accept the complaint (whereby the information about the refusal to accept the complaint will include a justification).
7. Final provisions
(1) The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Store.
(2) Orders placed during the validity of the previous version of the Regulations will be implemented in accordance with its provisions.
(3) Customers may access these Regulations at any time through the link provided on the homepage of the online Store rckstr3000.
6. These Regulations are effective as of 02.05.2023.
(1) Delivery is made within Poland, as well as to countries of the European Union. It is possible to ship to countries outside the European Union, after prior agreement with the Seller on delivery costs.
